State Rep Candidate, David Paul Blumenshine, exceeds 1,000 Petition Signatures
Normal – Republican candidate for the 105th District, David Paul Blumenshine, passed the 1,000 signature mark. “The honor of speaking with hundreds of citizens,” Blumenshine states, “this has intensified my beliefs that the people of Illinois, without question, must be represented by men and women who are solely in office to serve, not to garner a career including lifetime health and pension benefits.”

Blumenshine is running on a platform of creating plausible pension reform, balancing budgets, and paying our bills before politicians are paid. As a supporter of term limits, he has declared a maximum of eight years for his tenure as state representative. Blumenshine will also decline any legislator pension and health benefits.
